Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation more than 48 hours before the rental date
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental date and time will be fully refunded.
- No cancellation fee will be applied.
2. Cancellation less than 48 hours before the rental date
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental date and time will not be refunded.
- It is possible to reschedule the rental at no additional cost, subject to availability, to a later date within 30 days of the originally scheduled date.
3. No-show
- In case of a no-show on the rental day without prior cancellation, no refund will be granted.
- If you have a group reservation, make sure you reserved the right number of kayaks/canoes and that everybody will show up to avoid any penalty detailed in this policy.

- To cancel a reservation, please contact us by phone at (506) 739-6255 or by email at kasakayak@icloud.com with your reservation date and contact details.
- Cancellation requests will be processed during our customer service hours, from 8 am to 8 pm
Force Majeure
- In case of dangerous weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel reservations. In such cases, customers will have the option to reschedule their rental or receive a full refund.
